Akashic Records explained

A record of everything your soul has chosen

No mysticism required. Here is a plain description of what the Records are, what a reading can honestly offer, and exactly how a session runs.

What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are best described as an energetic archive: a complete record of your soul's journey — every choice, intention, agreement, wound and possibility it has carried across time. The word akasha comes from Sanskrit, meaning the subtle substance from which everything else is made.

You don't need a spiritual framework to use them. Think of it as the most complete context file that exists about you, written from a perspective that isn't defending your ego.

A reading is simply structured access to that context. With your permission and your legal name, I open your Records, ask your questions on your behalf, and describe what comes back in ordinary language.

Why the guidance feels different

Therapy works with memory. Coaching works with goals. The Records work with the agreements underneath both — the quiet decisions your soul made long before this chapter, which are still shaping what feels possible.

That's why clients so often describe a reading as relieving rather than revelatory. You usually already sense the answer. Hearing it named accurately is what allows you to finally act on it.

Good questions sound like

  • “What's underneath my resistance to leaving this role?”
  • “What is the purpose of this relationship for me?”
  • “Which of my gifts am I currently under-using?”
  • “What pattern keeps recreating this financial situation?”

How a reading runs, start to finish

Structured, timed and recorded — so you can be fully present instead of taking notes.

  1. 01

    You send your questions

After booking you'll receive a short intake form. Two to five open questions is the sweet spot — I'll help you sharpen them if needed.

  2. 02

    I open your Records

At the start of our call I open your Records using your legal name. It takes about a minute and you simply listen.

  3. 03

    We work through your questions

I describe what I receive — images, patterns, agreements, timelines — and we test it against your lived experience as we go.

  4. 04

We close and you receive your notes

The Records are formally closed, and within 48 hours you get the audio recording plus a written summary with practical next steps.
